Agile will provide a total site Property Condition Assessment at any stage of the project. The benefits to the PCA Report: Keep investor/lender appraised of real-time project development, ensure code is adhered, prevent future maintenance, record documentation that may protect investor/lender from future claims, and hold accountability on site.
Existing Property:
Before investing in an existing property, let us provide a complete Property Condition Assessment Report to protect your investment. The PCA Report identifies needed repairs or compliancy issues.
Along side the PCA Report, we provide a Reserve Study, essentially a budget for needed upgrades. The PCA Report benefits both the Seller and the Buyer.
When buildings are being sold, the PCA can help assess the value of a building – a higher price can be charged if there is proof that the building's structure and key systems are in optimal conditions. The PCA also protects the seller from claims in case there are issues attributable to the buyer.
From roof to foundation, we will provide a thorough report identifying any existing problems. Our PCA Report will allow you to make a more educated decision on whether to invest, or not.
