DONNIE FARRIS

Donnie earned his BS in Accounting and has been blending this knowledge with construction experience for over 25 years.

Starting his accounting career in Fortune 500, Donnie applied this knowledge to creating his own commercial sub-contractor business. This eventually evolved into creating and growing Agile Solutions.

Donnie enjoys the mountains, coaching, and mostly, his family.

GUNNAR LANGHUS

Gunnar earned his BS in Architecture and enhanced his skillset with extensive training at the Mike Lin School of Graphics.

Gunnar has over 20 years of design and project management experience across a diverse range of sectors. He has worked in: public sector, senior housing, multi-family, affordable housing, healthcare, mixed-use, and restaurant design. Gunnar has exhibited strength in his mentoring and project team lead experience.

Outside of his professional career, Gunnar is an active artist and finds inspiration in: skiing, mountain biking, cooking, and spending time with family and friens.

DRU WRIGHT

Dru earned his BS in Computer Science and Statistics with emphasis in Quality Control. He also obtained his PMP Certificate from the Project Management Institute.

Dru worked for the US Goverment as an Engineer Project Manager for over 35 years. He now applies his technical skills to Agile to help facilitate day-to-day operations.

Dru is fishing or camping when he isn’t with his family. He is an avid fly fisherman!

DONNIE FARRIS Jr

Donnie is currently pursuing his Bachelor Degree. He also works full time while trying to balance a busy schedule.

Donnie’s work ethic and drive make him a great asset to the Agile Team.

Mingled with full time school and work, Donnie enjoys: hunting, dirt biking, his dogs, and MMA.

JAKE BRIDGMAN

Jake has spend almost 25 years on construction sites and leading the development of a vast number of projects.

Starting out as a journeyman carpenter, Jake has worked his way up to a Superintendent, managing large scale projects from healthcare, mixed-use, hospitality, and more.

Jake enjoys the outdoors with his family and friends.

ZAC WRIGHT

Zac earned his BS in Architecture, a MA in Architecture, and an MA in Real Estate Development.

Zac brings a unique blend of architectural training and real estate development expertise to Agile Solutions. With a background in large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and institutional projects, he offers a sharp eye for design integrity, construction quality, and code compliance. His experience on both the development and execution sides of the industry gives him a practical understanding of what clients need from both design and construction teams.

When he’s not working with clients or on job sites, Zac’s likely training for a triathlon, sharpening his game at a chess tournament, or shooting on one of his many film cameras. And his growing collection of bonsai trees help him slow down -
just enough.
