Donnie Farris Sr.

Founder

With over 20 years of experience in accounting after earning a his degree - where he also earned an athletic scholarship - Donnie brings a unique combination of precision, dedication, and real-world industry knowledge to every client he serves. His background spans accounting & finance, complemented by a decade of hands-on experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry. This rare blend of financial expertise and construction knowledge gives him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities his clients face.

Outside of work, Donnie is passionate about family and the outdoors, values that reflect the same commitment and integrity he brings to his professional relationships.

Gunnar Langhus

Senior Associate

Gunnar holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Idaho and completed advanced training at the Mike Lin School of Graphics at Kansas State University. With over 25 years of experience, he brings extensive expertise in design, project management, and team leadership across commercial, residential, and healthcare projects.

He began his career in retail and public sector work before focusing on senior housing, including assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities. His portfolio also includes multifamily and affordable housing, medical and office buildings, and hospitality projects. Gunnar is known for fostering collaboration among clients and project teams, guiding projects toward creative, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.

Outside of work, Gunnar is an accomplished artist who enjoys skiing, mountain biking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Zac Wright

Architectural Project Manager

Zac brings a unique blend of architectural training and real estate development expertise to Agile Solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, a Master of Architecture, and a Master’s in Real Estate Development, giving him a well-rounded perspective that bridges design, finance, and execution. With a background in large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and institutional projects, Zac offers a sharp eye for design integrity, construction quality, and code compliance. His experience on both the development and execution sides of the industry provides a practical understanding of what clients need from both design and construction teams.

Outside of work, Zac is often training for triathlons, competing in chess tournaments, or shooting with one of his many film cameras. His growing collection of bonsai trees offers a way to slow things down—just enough.

Dan Barker

Building Envelope Specialist

Dan brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, helping contractors, builders, and property owners make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and deliver successful projects. He began his career in 1993 as a residential roofer, later expanding into commercial roofing and general construction, gaining practical experience across a wide range of projects.

Since 2001, Dan has owned and operated a consulting firm, working with clients throughout the Mountain West, while also delivering monthly AIA training sessions focused on total building envelope compliance. His field-tested background and industry insight allow him to effectively guide teams through material selection, design decisions, and construction challenges.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, with interests including hiking, fishing, and hunting.

Dru Wright

Senior Project Manager

Dru holds a BS in Computer Science and Statistics and is PMP certified. After graduating, he began his career in a manufacturing environment developing quality control programs. He served 8 years in the U.S. Navy, he leveraged this experience and education to work as a Project Manager on High Level military projects.

In his free time, Dru enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.

A key member of the Agile team for five years, Donnie specializes in the essential details that keep projects on track—from ADA compliance to appliance schedules. Donnie’s relentless work ethic is evident in his dual role as a full-time employee and a full-time student working toward his Master's degree.

Donnie plays as hard as he works; Enjoying the outdoors, from dirt bike riding, hunting, fishing, and anything in the mountains.
